How often should I have an eye test?

Most people should have an eye test every two years. However, if you have certain medical conditions or notice any changes in your vision, we may recommend more frequent check-ups.

Can I use my prescription from another optician?

Yes, as long as it’s up to date, we can make glasses using your existing prescription.

Do you accept NHS patients?

Yes! we’re proud to provide NHS eye care for eligible patients.

How long will my new glasses take?

We usually quote up to two weeks for your new glasses, though they’re often ready sooner. Occasionally, delays can happen, but we’ll always keep you updated and do our best to have them ready within that two-week window.

How long does an eye test take?

A full eye examination usually takes around 45 minutes. We’ll take the time to explain each part of the process and answer any questions you have.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
